Packages:
Packages
are payable in full after your first lesson. A deposit (minimum
$75) may be paid at your first lesson, with the balance
required by your
second
lesson.
To
ensure availability, package lesson times must be booked in
advance - at least one at a time, or all if you are able to
stick to a schedule.
Package lessons must be completed within a 6 month timeframe
from the date of your first lesson, otherwise unused lessons
will expire and no longer be valid (unless we have been notified
of a change in your circumstances).
If you have not made a booking or contacted us for a period
of 6 weeks or more, your wedding package will also expire.
Cancellations:
If you give us less than 6 hours
notice (but more than an hour) of a cancelled appointment,
there
is a cancellation fee of $35 (or you will forfeit 50% of a
package lesson). If you give us less than an hour's notice,
or fail to show for your lesson, there is a cancellation fee
of $70 (or you will forfeit 100% of
a package lesson). As
long as we are given a reasonable amount of notice - ideally
24 hours but at least 6 hours - we are happy to reschedule
your appointment time without any penalty.
Refunds
on package lessons:
There is no monetary refund on wedding
package lessons if you are unable, or choose not to, continue
with the lessons. We will instead credit you with a lesson
voucher for the remaining lessons outstanding. Please do not
book a package, if you think you may not be able to fit in
the included number of lessons.
